23/3/20 Mindfulness Practice – Melting

Time to be calm and melt away any icky feelings you might be feeling.

Afterwards you can draw a picture of your dream ice cream sundae and share it and your thoughts with us all on the school’s blog, twitter @BrambleBraeSch or your google classroom.

    I really enjoyed the melting video, it made me feel happy and relaxed.
